Consultanna Home Staging offers three services:

  • Consultation
  • Staging of a lived-in property
  • Staging of a vacant property

Consultation
A Consultation is a walk-through of your house which normally takes about 2 hours. We will provide a general check-list of things that anyone showing their house to potential buyers should think about, but we will also provide a list of recommendations specific to your house. A 2-hour consultation costs $150 plus taxes for a house less than 2000 sq ft.

Staging of a lived-in property
After the consultation is done, the homeowner could decide to do all of the recommended work on their own. The homeowner could also ask that Consultanna Home Staging take care of everything on the list of recommendations, or just part of it. After this discussion has taken place, a quote will be submitted for the work outlined.

As a general rule of thumb, to stage one room (packing, re-arranging of furniture, set up of life-style objects) usually takes about 1 hour for 2 stagers. The hourly rate for 2 stagers is $100 plus taxes; costs for any furniture or object rentals are extra. Note that these are guidelines, and to get a real quote, a visit to the house is necessary.

Staging of a vacant property
 It is a well established fact that an empty house does not sell well. The stager brings in furniture and props and sets up the house to look lived in. The cost of Staging a vacant property depends on the size of the house. Please contact us for a quote.
